Drives sustainable growth, risk management, and partnership strategy for On-Call Sitters through extensive leadership of a multi-division enterprise and advisory experience with dozens of successful ventures.
Leads cybersecurity strategy for multiple organizations and ensures On-Call Sitters upholds the highest standards of digital safety, family data protection, and operational integrity in alignment with applicable regulatory and industry standards such as HIPAA (if applicable), COPPA, and NIST best practices. Role expectations include:
• Recommend best practices for secure data handling, platform security, and privacy protection
• Provide guidance on emerging cyber threats and mitigation strategies
• Review high-level technology or vendor decisions that may impact data security
• Assist in crisis response planning and tabletop cyber-incident exercises
Combines clinical expertise with deep knowledge of health systems and family-focused policy to help On-Call Sitters align care standards with evidence-based practices and child health priorities.
Provides expertise in child development and behavioral health, guiding On-Call Sitters on best practices for supporting children’s emotional well-being, managing developmental differences, and fostering positive caregiver–child interactions.
Serves as a nationally recognized expert on military spouse and family issues working to bridge the cultural gap between government, private and public groups and military communities. She advises On-Call Sitters on outreach and programming that support military families transitioning into new communities and accessing trusted child care.
Brings an extensive background in HR, leadership, and strategy to help On-Call Sitters cultivate a values-driven culture and attract, develop, and retain exceptional sitters and care professionals.
