Different types of care require different numbers of points. In example, an hour of care for a newborn and toddler require more points than an hour of a social visit and walk with a pet. Each family’s needs are unique, so we want you to have flexibility to leverage points as you see fit

Unused monthly membership points roll over into the next month, but are forfeited after that. In example, if you have the Insider Plan, which includes 100 points per month, but you only use 80 points in January, 20 points will roll over into February. In February, you will have 120 points to use. If you use 80 points again, 20 excess points will roll over into March, but the 20 points that rolled over from January into February will expire 

Families have 1 year to use their points from the date of plan purchase. This is the best option for families who need flexibility depending on the season (e.g., more care needed during summer months)

You have the option to purchase Points Boosts in increments of 25 points at a time. They will be used in accordance with your plan type as outlined above

You're in for a treat! We'll curate and arrange a special outing for you so that all you have to do is show up and enjoy. Annual memberships include one Date Concierge service per quarter, whereas monthly members have the option to purchase the service ad hoc.
