Monthly Memberships

Different types of care require different numbers of points. In example, an hour of care for a newborn and toddler require more points than an hour of a social visit and walk with a pet. Each family’s needs are unique, so we want you to have flexibility to leverage points as you see fit

Unused monthly membership points roll over into the next month, but are forfeited after that. In example, if you have the Growing Plan, which includes 80 points per month, but you only use 70 points in January, 10 points will roll over into February. In February, you will have 90 points to use. If you use 70 points again, 10 excess points will roll over into March, but the 10 points that rolled over from January into February will expire 

You have 1 year to use annual membership points. In example, if you have the Growing Journey, which includes 960 points per year, you can use 30 points in January, 5 points in February, 50 points in March, etc. without any points expiring month-to-month. This is ideal if your care needs fluctuate or depend on the season

You have the option to purchase Points Boosts in increments of 40 points at a time. They will be used in accordance with your plan type as outlined above

You're in for a treat! We'll curate and arrange a special outing for you so that all you have to do is show up and enjoy. Annual memberships include one Date Concierge service per quarter, whereas monthly members have the option to purchase the service ad hoc.
