Every sitter’s lifestyle and goals are different. Our two membership options give you the flexibility to choose what works best for you — whether you’re picking up care opportunities occasionally (Verified Sitter) or you’re ready to commit to regular, reliable hours each month (Pro Partner).
If you prefer to take on occasional jobs that fit around your schedule, the Verified Sitter membership is a great fit.
If you want consistent hours, steady bookings, and priority matching, the Pro Partner membership is designed for you.
The platform fee supports the technology and tools that make your job easier — like sitter matching, scheduling, communication, and payment processing.
For Verified Sitters, a 20% platform fee is automatically deducted from your hourly rate. Pro Partners do not pay a platform fee.
The one-time Commitment Fee is separate from your Platform or Membership Fees. It goes toward your onboarding, background check, and CPR/AED and First Aid training, ensuring that every sitter in the On-Call Sitters network is fully vetted, trained, and ready to provide safe, reliable care.
It's normally $200, but founding sitters joining our network will pay only $150.
Yes — you can change your membership at the beginning of any month.
If you’re a Verified Sitter and start taking on more hours, you can upgrade to Pro Partner for greater earning potential and fewer fees.
If life gets busy and you need to scale back, you can return to Verified with no penalty.
If you maintain at least 30 hours of care per month for 6 consecutive months, your monthly Pro Partner fee is reduced to $20/month (from $50) — and you’ll continue to enjoy no platform fee.
This rewards consistent, dependable engagement while keeping your income high long-term. If you provide less than 30 hours of care in a given month, your membership fee will return to $50/month the subsequent month.

Application Process

- Strong candidates will be invited to a virtual interview to assess your personality, professionalism, and poise
- If selected, you'll pay a $150 Commitment Fee and receive a link for a background check, which will include experience verification through references
- Upon successful completion of your background check and reference verification, you will receive a link to CPR/AED & First Aid training
